COUNSELLING FOR TEENS
(AGES 13 TO 18)

Teen years can be intense, confusing, and full of pressure. I provide a warm, grounded space where teens can express themselves openly, build emotional skills, and feel supported through whatever they’re facing.

  • I commonly help teens with:

    • Anxiety and worry

    • Depression and low motivation

    • Emotional overwhelm and mood swings

    • Sleep issues

    • School stress and academic pressure

    • Friendship and relationship challenges

    • Identity, self esteem, and confidence

    • Coping with family changes

    • Trauma and difficult past experiences

Parents stay involved, but sessions remain a safe, confidential place for teens to express themselves freely.

Relationship counselling

Don’t wait until relationships are falling apart. The average couple waits 3-5 years before they seek professional help. Together we can navigate the difficulties and get relationships back on track. Whether it is communication difficulties, life stressors, or parenting challenges, I offer sessions specifically dedicated to helping you feel more confident and supported.

  • Parenting sessions may focus on:

    • Understanding your child or teen’s behaviour

    • Navigating emotional or behavioural challenges

    • Managing conflict and communication

    • Improving connection and boundaries

    • Co parenting challenges

    • Reducing stress and overwhelm for both you and your child

    • Strategies for supporting anxiety, big emotions, or school issues

These sessions can be booked on their own or alongside your child’s counselling.
