Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or heavy at times. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, big emotions, life transitions, chronic health issues, or parenting struggles, therapy can help you find clarity, relief, and a sense of direction.

I offer individual counselling for adults and teens ages 13 to 18, along with dedicated parenting support sessions. Sessions are available in person or virtually, depending on what works best for you.
