Founder & Registered Psychologist, BSc, MC
Katrina is the founder and owner of the practice and a Registered Psychologist with nearly a decade of experience supporting youth and adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She brings a calm, practical, and compassionate approach to therapy, helping clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change in their everyday lives.

Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), MSc, MTS
Tanya is a Canadian Certified Counsellor with over 25 years of experience in mental health counselling. She specializes in couple’s and family counselling, anxiety and stress management, career and workplace concerns, and adolescent therapy, offering thoughtful, structured support that helps clients gain clarity and move forward with confidence.
