HI, I’M KATRINA

Registered Psychologist, BSc, MC
Serving clients in Okotoks and across Alberta

I’m a Registered Psychologist with nine years of experience supporting adults and youth who feel overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted, or unsure of their next step. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep issues, chronic health conditions, emotional dysregulation, parenting challenges, and the everyday complexities of being human.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief that you don’t have to go through the hard chapters of life alone. My role is to walk alongside you, help you make sense of what you’re facing, and support you in building tools that help you grow, heal, and move forward with clarity.

A woman with long hair, dressed in a white long-sleeve shirt and black ripped jeans, is sitting on a tan sofa, leaning against the armrest, holding a mug, with a laptop and a stack of notebooks on a table in front of her. There is a tall potted plant with green leaves behind her near a white wall, and a bright window with sheer curtains to her right.

A warm, practical Approach

Therapy is a collaborative process. Every individual brings their own unique life experiences and capacity for resilience and deep insight. We strive to offer compassionate support, practical tools, and a calm, grounded presence. Together, we make sense of what you’re going through and create strategies that fit your life, your personality, and your goals.

My work integrates evidence based approaches including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Mindfulness Based Interventions

  • Solution Focused Therapy

  • Strength based and trauma informed practices

Every session is tailored to you, because healing is never one size fits all. Please reach out if you have more questions on these approaches.
